This package is perfect for beginners. My recommendation if you are just starting with my reiki/somatic release breathwork sessions is to do at least 3 sessions within one month for the most potent transformation within the 3 sessions During a reiki session the universal energy acts upon you in a way that is most consonant with your highest healing good at that given moment in time. And sometimes what is the highest priority is not always what you want or expect. But it is what you need in that moment of time. Meaning, we can't always clear what you are coming for or go as deep as you want to go within just one or two sessions. That's why this package of 3 is the STARTer pack, because often we have to go even deeper than just 3 sessions, but it is also an amazing place to kickstart this journey - to unearth some limiting beliefs and triggers and an opportunity for us to see what is being held in your nervous system that is causing dysregulation. Healing is done is layers. We shed some layers so that the others reveal themselves until we are left with the core wounding. From there we can clear the blockage, cut the cords, and release the residue lingering in your cells from unexpressed pain or past traumas. Allowing you to become the brightest, deepest, and truest version of yourself. Someone who is deeply empowered, moves from their heart space, follows their intuition, and feels whole in their mind, body, and spirit. But often getting to this place takes more than 3 sessions - but this fully depends on the individual and their sacred life experiences/trauma/etc,

Cancellation Policy

No refunds -- this is a commitment to yourself and your healing! Rescheduling will need to be done at least 24 hours in advance. There will be a cancellation/no show fee, which is the full cost of the service, if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hour prior notice. Menstrual policy: If Client has their bleed and cannot show up fully to the session it is ok to cancel same day and reschedule without penalty. If Coach has their bleed they also have the right to cancel and reschedule the same day without penalty. Please be on the look out in your email after booking to sign contract/waiver.
